Funding

Area HomeCare & Family Services, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that contracts with the State of New Hampshire to provide non-medical, in-home care services to the elderly and adults with disabilities and/or chronic illness.

Presently, AHC has one of the largest contracts in the State of NH. The intent of the contract is to provide free service to financially eligible clients.  Most of our funding comes from a contract with the State of New Hampshire through the Title XX and Title 111B programs, a mix of federal and state funds. Rockingham County and cities and towns also provide funding.  Today we serve around 600 clients annually.
